At Nice Cream, we pride ourselves in using great ingredients. We use as many local and organic ingredients as we can and we make all our pints from start to finish by hand in our own kitchen.
Our Basic Recipe: organic milk & cream from Organic Valley, organic evaporated cane sugar, guar gum, xanthan gum
* guar gum and xanthan gum are naturally derived emulsifiers and we only need very little for them to perform their emulsifying wonders - less than 0.07%.
